Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 7, 2026

This page explains what personal data is collected on noesium.app, why, where it is stored, and what your rights are. The short version: the only personal data we collect is your email address, and only if you choose to subscribe to launch updates. No cookies, no analytics, no trackers.

Who is the data controller

Noesium is an independent software project. The data controller is the project owner, reachable at privacy@noesium.app for any privacy-related request.

What we collect and why

Nothing else. We do not collect names, we do not profile you, and we do not sell or share your data with anyone for their own purposes. The signup form also contains an invisible anti-spam field: submissions that fill it are discarded entirely and nothing is stored.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and includes no analytics or third-party trackers. That is why you don't see a cookie banner.

Where your email lives

Subscriber emails are stored with Resend (Resend, Inc., USA), the email service we use to manage the list and send updates, acting as our data processor. Transfers outside the EU are covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. See Resend's privacy policy.

How long we keep it

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link that takes effect immediately: your address is suppressed from all future sends at once, and removed from the list entirely during periodic cleanups. If you ask for deletion at privacy@noesium.app, your address is removed right away. If the newsletter is discontinued, the whole list is deleted.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can at any time request access to, correction or deletion of your data, withdraw your consent, or object to the processing. Write to privacy@noesium.app and we will act on it promptly. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a way that affects how your data is handled, we will note it here and — for material changes — tell subscribers by email before applying it.
